Tate K. Sterrett is an experienced Family Law attorney who focuses his practice on complex financial matters for divorcing couples, including alimony and equitable distribution of property. He also negotiates and prepares Premarital Agreements.

Tate regularly represents business owners, business executives, professionals, or their spouses.

In addition, Tate sometimes is requested to serve as an Arbitrator who makes the decisions in financial disputes for divorcing couples who want to resolve their claims and issues outside of the court system.

Prior to joining Hamilton Stephens Steele + Martin, Tate practiced with the Horack Talley law firm, and later with Offit Kurman.
