Jackie joined HSSM in 2022 as an associate, where she works across various practice groups dealing primarily with civil litigation matters. Jackie received her law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude and as a member of the Order of the Coif in 2022.

While in law school, Jackie externed for The Honorable Jimmie V. Reyna at the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit where she worked primarily on IP litigation and international trade matters. Additionally, Jackie served as an editorial staff member on the Wake Forest Law Review, competed as a member of the Wake Forest Moot Court Board, and spent several semesters as a legal writing teaching assistant. Her favorite endeavor from law school, however, was her participation in the Veteran’s Legal Clinic, where she learned a lot about the military legal system and worked closely with her client to petition the relevant military review board for the correction of injustices on the client’s military record.

Prior to attending law school, Jackie graduated cum laude from the University of Florida (go gators!) with a B.S. in business and minor in communications. Outside of work, she likes to hike, foster dogs, and root for the Tampa Bay Lightning.
