Jessica Hester focuses her practice in all areas of divorce and family law, including the litigation and negotiation of pre-marital agreements, child custody, child support, spousal maintenance and support, division of property and equitable distribution, complex financial issues, relocation, orders of protection, and adoptions. Practice encompasses Mecklenburg, Gaston, Union, Iredell, Cabarrus and the surrounding North and South Carolina counties.

Jessica is dedicated to being a zealous advocate for her clients, all while approaching each case with compassion. This approach allows her to understand her client’s needs on a personal level, advising them through an inherently complex and emotional time in their lives.

While originally from East Texas, Jessica now happily lives in Charlotte with her husband, Scott, and two dogs, Lainey and Lottie. In her free time, Jessica enjoys traveling, exploring local restaurants and dog parks, and spending time with her family.
