Linda W. Simpson

Ms. Simpson joined HSSM as Of Counsel in 2020.  She has been associated with JD Thompson Law as Of Counsel since 2017.  Prior to that, Ms. Simpson served as the United States Bankruptcy Administrator for the Western District of North Carolina for over twenty years.  As Bankruptcy Administrator she not only supervised trustees in the district, but also was actively involved in all Chapter 11 cases filed during her tenure.  She is licensed in North Carolina and has served in various volunteer positions with the Mecklenburg County Bar and the Bankruptcy Section of the North Carolina Bar Association.

Ms. Simpson is a native of Raleigh, North Carolina, has two grown daughters and two grandchildren.
