Land Use / Condemnation

Our land use group represents local governments, property owners, airports, and public and private utilities in condemnation and other land use matters, including zoning, permitting, and nuisance issues. We advise clients throughout the condemnation process and offer clients significant experience in the negotiation and litigation of condemnation matters. We assist clients with obtaining land use approvals, including variances and special use permits, and also represent clients in opposing applications for such approvals. Our attorneys also represent clients in litigation matters relating to land use, including zoning disputes, vested rights issues, and billboards.
