Lynn Krueger-Andes and Kyle LeBlanc Board Certified as Specialists in Family Law

Congratulations to Lynn Krueger- Andes and Kyle LeBlanc on becoming North Carolina Certified Specialists in Family Law.

In order to become a Specialist, each applicant must meet rigorous requirements which includes meeting continuous education requirements, devoting at least 25% or more of the lawyer’s practice to family law,  submitting peer reviews by 10 lawyers or judges who are familiar with the competence and qualifications of the lawyer seeking to become a specialist, and passing a six hour long exam. The Specialty exam is administered one time per calendar year.  This year, Lynn and Kyle made up 2 of the 6 total family law attorneys in Charlotte who passed the exam.

“Board certification, unlike self-laudatory information in advertising and marketing, is a credential that you can rely upon because it is based upon objective criteria.” Becoming a Board Certified Specialist is an “indication that the lawyer has intentionally focused his or her legal practice to improve the proficiency and quality of the lawyer’s legal services and to stay current in the specialty field.”
