HSSM is pleased to announce that Dan Finegan has accepted the position of associate attorney and will be practicing with the firm’s Construction and Commercial Litigation groups.
Dan earned his undergraduate degree from Hanover College, and his law degree from Wake Forest University where he was honored as a Law Alumni Council Scholar, a member of the Law Review Board of Editors, and served as the president of the Public Interest Law Organization. Prior to joining the firm Dan practiced as a litigator with McGuireWoods, LLP in their Charlotte office. While originally from the Midwest, Dan, his wife, and their four daughters have embraced the Charlotte area as home over the past ten years and reside in the Lake Norman area.
