The signature awards program, now in its 27th year, turns a spotlight on 40 professionals – all under the age of 40 – who are making a difference in their careers and communities. Tracy was recognized at the 27th annual ’40 under 40’ awards banquet earlier this month, and was included in the ’40 under 40’ special report of the CBJ.
Tracy’s practice focuses on representing commercial contractors and design professionals though every phase of a commercial construction project, from the transactional/contract phase of a project, through contract administration, to litigation/arbitration in the event of unresolved disputes. Practical and down to earth, Tracy comes from a family of developers, and her passion for construction is evident. She understands the practical demands of the industry in addition to its legal components.
