  • Ashley Foley focuses her practice in the area of family law and has successfully represented clients in a broad range of complex family law matters ranging from high conflict child custody matters to family financial situations. Ashley believes developing a strong relationship with each client and understanding the details of each case helps her to be the best advocate for her clients.

    Ashley recognizes her clients value sound legal advice, integrity, privacy, personal service, and professionalism when working with her. She practices these principles in each matter with the specific focus to help clients achieve long lasting solutions.

    Since becoming a licensed North Carolina attorney in 2012, Ashley has represented clients in Mecklenburg and surrounding counties in various areas of family law including separation, divorce, child custody, child support, post-separation support, alimony, equitable distribution, pre-nuptial agreements, post-nuptial agreements, contract enforcement and other family law matters.

    Ashley works hand in hand with her clients to develop a personalized plan of action to work towards meeting her clients’ goals. Ashley partners with her clients through each step of the matter by empowering them with the knowledge and sound legal advice needed to make very important decisions regarding their families.

    Ashley is a Charlotte native and happily resides in Charlotte providing personalized and professional legal services to her home community. When outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, specifically her two young daughters, Dottie and Emmy.
