Attorney Melanie Raubach has been added to the Panel of Chapter 11 Subchapter V Trustees for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of North Carolina. Subchapter V Trustees are appointed by the Bankruptcy Court on a case-by-case basis. In addition to her work as a Trustee, Melanie will continue to work full-time for her clients at Hamilton Stephens Steele + Martin.
