Brad Cheek

Brad Cheek is an attorney whose practice includes representing clients in all aspects of civil litigation, including commercial litigation, business litigation, prelitigation inspections/negotiations, and defending against construction/design defect claims. Brad has appeared as counsel before judges all across North Carolina and is comfortable in the courtroom. Brad graduated from UNC School of Law in 2020; he also received his undergraduate degree from UNC-Chapel Hill in 2011.

In the years between his undergraduate and legal studies, Brad worked in client-facing roles in multiple industries. In so doing, Brad developed experience with understanding the needs and expectations of clients as well as how to satisfy those needs with regular communication. Brad makes an effort to ensure that his clients truly understand the nature of their issues and how to approach the litigation process. Brad also enjoys collaborating with expert witnesses such as engineers in matters where their expertise is needed to ensure full, proper representation of his clients. One of Brad’s favorite aspects of his practice is working with opposing counsel to identify areas of compromise in order to resolve suits to the satisfaction of his clients.
