  • Clint Smith is licensed to practice in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Texas. His practice focuses on commercial real estate, corporate transactions, and construction litigation.

    Clint regularly represents parties with all aspects of real estate transactions, including sales, development, leasing, and financing. Clint also regularly represents clients with various aspects of entity formation and governance.

    Clint graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and worked as a reliability engineer at a chemical plant prior to attending law school. Clint’s litigation practice is focused on construction disputes where he can leverage his engineering background.

    Clint is originally from Aiken, South Carolina. Outside of the office, Clint enjoys golfing, camping, snow skiing, and fishing.
