Serena A. Shah

Serena is an associate practicing with Hamilton Stephens’ Real Estate, Family Law, and Commercial Litigation groups. Serena attended and graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Law.

While in law school, Serena served as a Dean’s Fellow and a Carolina Law Ambassador for two years. She also spent the summer of 2023 working as a Summer Associate at Hamilton Stephens.

Prior to attending law school, Serena graduated summa cum laude from Elon University with a B.A. in Political Science and minors in Business Administration and Communications. During college, Serena served as the Vice President of Standards for Sigma Kappa Sorority, and the President of Elon’s Women’s Club Volleyball team.

Serena was born and raised in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, and now resides in Charlotte. Outside of work, she likes to bake, watch Carolina Basketball, and paint.
