The Bankruptcy, Restructuring + Debtor/Creditor Rights Practice Group at HSSM is one of the few of its kind in the Charlotte area. The bankruptcy group has been a key practice component of the firm since its inception in 2001. Over these years, our bankruptcy group has had a role in virtually all of the most prominent Chapter 11 cases filed in the Western District of North Carolina as well as a substantial role in some of the largest chapter 7 cases.
