  • Matt focuses his practice on Commercial Litigation and Construction Law. He is licensed to practice in both North Carolina and South Carolina and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the District of South Carolina and the Western District of North Carolina.

    Prior to joining HSSM, Matt worked as an Assistant Public Defender for the 16th Judicial Circuit in York, South Carolina. Before attending law school, he worked for ChargePoint and Hewlett Packard Enterprise/DXC.technology in the San Francisco Bay Area. Matt also served as a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and in the United States Army as a Commissioned officer.
