Patterson Maharajh joined HSSM in 2024 as an associate and practices with the firm’s Commercial Real Estate Group. Patterson’s practice focuses on various aspects of commercial and residential real estate including:

• Financing
• Leasing
• Corporate Transactions

Patterson represents purchasers, sellers, owners, developers, borrowers, landlords, and tenants in commercial and residential real estate transactions and is licensed to practice law in both North Carolina and South Carolina.

Patterson is a Charlotte native and has lived in the Carolinas for over 30 years. Outside of work, Patterson enjoys fly fishing, paddleboarding, traveling, listening to live music, and spending time with his fiancé Nicole.
