HSSM is pleased that Whitaker Rose is joining the firm on September 9, 2015, as an associate attorney, litigating matters in North and South Carolina. Whitaker is a 2011 graduate (with Honors) of the University of South Carolina School of Law. Since 2011, he has practiced with Baucom, Claytor, Benton, Morgan & Wood, P.A., in areas of construction law, commercial law, corporate law and general insurance defense. He is active with The First Tee of Charlotte and the Honorable Order of the Blue Goose, International. In his off hours, Whitaker enjoys golf, fishing, hiking and tennis.
