A former partner with the Nexsen Pruet law firm, Tracy has been practicing commercial construction and real property law exclusively for the past ten years throughout North Carolina and South Carolina, and makes a notable addition to the firm’s already thriving Construction and Real Property practice groups. Handling both the transactional and litigation needs of her clients, Tracy represents owners, contractors and design professionals on every aspect of a construction project, from general consultation, contract review and negotiation, to litigation when claims arise. This year, Tracy was named one of the Top Women in Business by the Charlotte Business Journal, a Legal Elite in Construction Litigation by Business North Carolina, and a North Carolina Super Lawyer “Rising Star” in the field of Construction. Practical and down to earth, Tracy comes from a long line of developers, so she says construction law is a natural fit for her.
