Ms. Simpson represents individuals in family law matters.  She has tried complex child custody, alimony, and equitable distribution cases.  Ms. Simpson also has experience working with forensic experts on valuations, including expert valuations of both majority and minority ownership interests in closely held corporations with revenues in excess of $1 million. Ms. Simpson has handled appeals in the North Carolina Court of Appeals and argued in front of the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
